- 2.5 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- Lemon twist for garnish
Method
Combine The Botanist and dry vermouth in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute and chill completely. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

- 2 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin1 oz
- fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz soda water
- Lemon wheel & fresh mint for garnish
Method
